I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Dr. Umar Saeed is my primary care provider. There are times when the wait time can get excessive. But here's the honest deal. When it's your turn to see the doctor he is thorough and takes the time to actually Listen to you. I have been here a few times. I have multiple rare medical conditions that makes me a more complex patient. The staff here has always listened to me about what I need and what I cannot have. I have never had the experience of having to argue with any staff about my conditions, nor have I been challenged on my diagnosises. They have always treated me kindly and respectfully. No one has ever had an ego about me knowing more about my conditions than they do. They trust me to know my body and help me to the best of their ability. Highly highly highly recommend this urgent care to anyone with more complex medical issues needing something simple taken care of on short notice.... read full review

I cut my hand pretty bad last night (the knife went all the way through), so I went to Urgent care of Texas in Arlington as they were the only urgent care open until 9pm. I was seen pretty quickly when I came in and treated almost immediately, all sewn up with no pain at all! Dr Muhammad Arshad Bhalli and his assistant were friendly and proficient! A great experience considering what happened, so nice to stay away from the over crowded ER!
