My First Time Coming Here I’m New To The Arlington Area But I Couldn’t Be More Happier Better Than Anywhere I’ve Been So Far And Today Is My Birthday I Got Exactly What I Came For I Feel Great My Nails Feel Great Friendly Service And Fast Thank You So Much For My Birthday Nails Mrs Kim I Love Them And Will Most Definitely Be Back

They tried to seat me in a chair that already had water in the tub. I told her to put me at different chair and run fresh water. The tech cut my toe nail on one foot and not the other. The foot that she did cut, she cut to short and now my bit toe is tender on my left foot. I started to leave but they were well on there way with my pedicure. But, never again. This was my first and last visit. The Manager Kim realized that there was concern with services provided by another tech. She took over for the tech and completed my pedicure manicure. She was amazing! This is how you are supposed to offer great customer service. Job well done Kim. She has changed my mind.
