    We live on a mostly wooded lot, and the trees are what makes it home. Having an arborist like Ryan Elliott to help make sure our trees are OK, especially after the deep freeze a few years ago, gives us peace of mind that we will be able to continue to enjoy our trees for years to come!

    We had Treehugger trim our entire front, back and side yard trees and bushes on 1/19/2024. Prior to starting work, we were provided with a written quote that outlined the entire scope of work, including descriptions of the work and pictures. We had an all-day contract. On the morning of the job, the surveyor was onsite to go over the scope of work with us and the five workers before they started cutting anything. They trimmed dead branches, copious amounts of mistletoe and specific branches on our oak and cedar elm trees. The arborist was a great help in providing advice.     When a very large water oak reached the end of its life and was endangering power cables (and dropping limbs in the yard), I gathered quotes from three services. I really liked Cher, who handled our estimate, and was glad when Treehugger's quote was reasonable, to seal the deal.Shelly the scheduler is personable and thoughtful, and when she called to reschedule our job (forecast of very wet weather meant endangering the crew), she did it in plenty of time for us to realign all the other moving parts involved in getting this sort of work done.Then Ryan came with a skilled crew, right on time.
