Cindy T. Is the best. She has been doing my hair for over a year always a great job and makes sure hair is well treated. My lighter hair she did last year and I just came back for darker. LOVE IT !!!

Tiffany Robinson is HANDS DOWN, the BEST Stylist at JCPenney Salon, Arlington Parks Mall. I have followed her from Louisiana to Texas. Sandy is the best! She does really good color on my hair. Ive been going to her for years. If youre looking for any type of coloring involving brown/blonde, I highly suggest Sandy.Service: Hairstyling
