Leann Nguyen did a great job with helping me order my new contacts today! She was attentive and made sure I understood the breakdown of what I was paying for. She was also patient with me when I needed to talk to someone before ordering and made sure I got everything I needed!
Alexis Dillard, an optical team member at your location was awesome today!I came in alone, straight from my eye appointment and getting my prescription, and she was there to help. I didn’t have a friend or family member to help pick out the frames, so that’s who she became for me.She looked at my prescription and saw I needed bifocals for the first time, asked what my style was, and guided me to good glasses for having bifocals for the first time. She took in all the likes and dislikes I had and found me perfect glasses and sunglasses. No high pressure sales. Sales people won't rush you. They will answer a lot of questions. They will take the time to give you all your options and prioritize your experience over their profits. Great choice.
