My projects with SSD have included new installation as well as transferring monitoring service from another alarm company on two other facilities. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services, He was thorough and made sure our security needs were met in the most cost effective manner. The biggest surprise was the substantial cost savings from switching from the previous company... especially considering they installed new equipment! Customer service seems to be one of SSD's highest priorities which is a rare find in today's world. SSD is top notch in my book.
