My appliance decided to go out and flooded 2 bedrooms and 2 hallways, Saturday night. I called Polo on a Sunday thinking they wouldn’t answer and call me back during regular businesses hours. They called me back within 15 mins and had a team member out within the hour, again on a Sunday!! Prompt, upfront, honest. 5 stars.

Excellent service! As someone that knows close to nothing about carpets/flooring, they were able to provide me with multiple options and made the whole process simple and easy.
