We came home after a weekend away to find our AC had stopped working. We called phantom and they had one of their guys out here that night even though we called at 6pm. They stayed until 9 diagnosing the problem, which was the coils in our unit. They informed me that it was under warranty (which I was unaware of) and that they could pick it up and have it completed the next morning. They delivered and I can't say enough good things!

As soon as we realized the house was 80 degrees and our AC wasn't working, we reached out to Phanton. They arrived within an hour and were able to diagnose the issue and fix it for a fair price. We went to bed that night in a cool house. THANK YOU!!!
