The people who work here are incredible and compassionate. I had seriously scratched the lens of my eye and I called them up told them I was experiencing a lot of pain. In with in an hour. (I got lucky) Dr Welding was such an incredible Doctor and so very understanding. I had no idea they could create a bandage out of a contact lens. Had me in even before my appointment time and all was addressed with kindness and compassion while I was visiting a girlfriend in Texas. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I have always received professional and knowledgeable staff attending to my care at Paragon. I have a pituitary brain tumor that is touching the optic nerve. My neurologist at UTSW in Dallas wants to monitor my peripheral vision annually and they do a great job performing the Visual Field Test and reporting back promptly to UTSW Neuro- surgical staff. I always feel relieved to find there has been no growth but it helps to have a high quality exam and excellent staff! I would not want to use any other clinic.

The front desk employees are very nice and welcoming. The technician is a first class pro. He listens and makes you comfortable. Dr Welding is very good at listening to your concerns and offers opinions for your care. Great job!
