Service Specialist Michael did a fantastic job! He was very kind, and very knowledgeable! It took less than an hour to get my A/C back up and running from the time they were supposed to arrive to the time he left. Plus, they arrived several hours before the "scheduled to arrive" time. And phoned prior to arrival to make sure it was okay to come early!

Michael was on time for my appointment and was able to fix my situation in no time. It was good to see the owner of the company come out and actually interact with the customers and it was also good to support a local business. He was very knowledgeable about what issues I had and what needed to be resolved. I'd had a negative experience with someone from their company ( who is no longer with them per Michael), and he was very apologetic about that experience, and this went a long way to restoring my confidence. While probably not the cheapest out there, I will definitely keep them as my company to use because of the quality of the work done.

Michael from Optimum came out on time and the appointment was easy to make too. I thought I had a dead capacitor. Turns out my motor was just stuck. After checking everything all I got charged for was the visit. No pressure sales. No questionable broken parts. Did exactly what was needed and nothing more. Enjoying my cool room
