“I am not obese, but I am overweight, and over the last 5 years, my weight has continued to steadily climb. I knew it was time to evaluate my diet and exercise routine closely. I had already tried and failed to be consistent with several diets (Mediterranean, whole 30, keto, paleo, high protein/low carb, calorie counting) with initial success and then ultimate failure -- mostly due to lack of variety in the foods I was "allowed" to eat in the diet or constant hunger. Dr. Imam's approach to weight loss, especially nutrition, is simple and easy to stick with. It is also evidence-based, and he can cite the literature for every aspect of his plan.
