I have never used a nicer and more helpful company that Martin Locksmith! I had a huge problem to me - Eric solved it quickly and affordably. I would give them 20 stars if I could!!

I contacted Martin Locksmith after being gouged and abandoned by the first locksmith I had the misfortune of dealing with. I had a complex multi-point locking system on my glass doors (which the first locksmith took!). Glenn with Martin Locksmith came out and spent a lot of time measuring etc. to find me a new lock. Turned out the lock was no longer made and there was no suitable replacement. Long story short, Glenn could have said "Sorry lady, good luck...." But he didn't. He went WAY above and beyond his obligation and repaired my entire door to where it could accept a different kind of lock and knob. They were so courteous and professional on the phone. The person on the phone understood exactly what my issue was and basically explained both options to me and the cost.when the tech came out, he was very courteous and was able to get the job done in about 30 min.I would highly recommed Martin & Sons. They act like they genuinely care.
