4 stars instead of 5 because it’s literally impossible to get a hold of them for questions before your appointment or anything that you have concerning your service. I think that’s the most frustrating she’ll text you but not respond. You can call but you won’t get anyone to answer.

I met a beautiful soul and went to a new hair salon . Her name is Natasha. She was very pleasant, professional and very kind. My wait was on time. All the staff was kind to all that entered.
