ReJean, owner of Curl Vibez on Instagram, is the stylist I saw on a Saturday. She did my particular hairstyle well, but overall her customer service skills need improvement. My original appointment was 7 am. She pushed it back to 8 am, but she arrived at 9:15am. I was late to an event because of this. She didn't communicate well via text or phone call. She also wanted to upcharge me $50 when I expected to pay $90. I booked $90 flat twists on her booking site. I asked her can we come to a middle ground, she charged me $115. She is good at what she does, but she has to start to value her clients' time, communicate better and clarify prices. I hope she gets the discipline she needs to succeed at a higher level than she is operating now.

The guy that works here sucks ask for blonde he will leave you orange he recently close down his own and now I see why.. the owner ? Not profesional enough to handle and bad review for the business.

Went here for my teeth whitening with D'lisha and I had a great experience! D'lisha was so professional, welcoming, and kind. Before my appointment she double and triple checked my appointment time with me and told me that I could ask any questions. When I arrived the kindness and professionalism did not change. I told her a little bit about my dental history and then she looked at my teeth. She told me honestly where she could get my teeth after the two sessions. The first session was 20 minutes and the second was 10 minutes. Throughout both sessions she checked on me to make sure I was doing okay and make any adjustments. I did experience some sensitivity, so she was able to put more enamel protector on and that helped a lot. My teeth looked amazing and I was so surprised by the difference! My smile had improved by five shades and I feel more confident! I definitely plan to come back for a touch up in a few months as D'lisha offers a discount for returning to her versus using groupon.
