Look no further!! Eric is the best realtor we've ever worked with! He has represented our company (Galliant) for multiple leases and purchases. These have been across all of DFW (Waxahachie, DeSoto, Dallas, Fort Worth, Burleson, Forney, and Frisco). It's amazing how connected he is. But what stands out the most is how much Eric is able to get done for us. He's helped organized everything that goes into purchasing a property, even when it would hurt the chances we close on it (ie extra inspections, etc.). My business office space was managed by English Realty. Eric and Caroline worked hard to make day-to-day life in Arlington better for us. They were always responsive, concerned and ready to help. Inquiries were answered fast, rarely beyond an hour, and they always took steps to make things better as quickly as possible. No reservations--they are a great outfit! Susan
