We did an emergency repair of a fiber for Steve Durham & they ghosted us after we sent them an invoice. Their main phone #s been disconnected and the cellphone #’s mailbox is full. Don’t do business with them, they’re crooks!!

My former home warranty company sent this company out when I was having trouble with my water heater (it kept tripping the breaker).
They came at the very last minute of the several hour long window they gave me. They were there 30 minutes and couldn't find the water shut off (it was right on the other side of our fence where I suggested they look but didn't), so they couldn't actually properly inspect the water heater. Despite that, they somehow decided that the problem was sediment buildup. How convenient that wasn't something our warranty covered. Do not use this company they are unprofessional they do not answer calls the warranty company wasn't even able to get in contact with them. They did not complete the work trust me when I tell you this is not a company to do business with.
