Scott was very polite and a nice guy all the way around. However, we got our carpets cleaned at 6 pm yesterday and here it is 24 hours later and our carpets are still wet in places, smells like mildew and new stains from equipment and the old ones still there, which is OK for some of the old stains. Once again, great guy and great intentions just not very well executed.

do not!! i repeat!!! do not use this service!!!!! they lied to me on the phone when i asked for a truck mounted service!!! they showed up to my home in a station wagon with a store rented machine! when i asked where was the truck,he became rude & called me a liar "no one asks for truck mounted service-you don't know the difference"!!! quote on quote!!! he begins to get loud,cursing, & arguing with me!!! i had to call for my sons to come to assist me before he left my property!!! i notified the police & they will follow up!!!!-----------do not use this service!!! this is home based non-professional service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
