Love the variety of classes here. I have been a crunch member for over 10 years, first joining the gym in New York. The thing that keeps me coming back is the classes. They are fun, challenging, and motivating. Also the sauna and hydro massage are nice treats!

It’s a clean gym and has everything you need. They have classes and sauna which is great before or after a workout. The only downside are all the people recording. I think they should not allow this because people who do not want to be recorded don’t have a say so. Need a better policy for this kind of thing. I don’t want to be in the background of anyone’s video online

This gym has everything one could really need in terms of equipment, and the memberships aren’t terribly expensive, however it is a commercial gym and it is hard to not think about this while there, Crunch is a large chain, and I am not the only one I know to complaints that stem from that nature. staff is friendly, though it does seem that there is kind of a push to sell personal training. I do wish this gym was 24/7, I don’t know if there’s just not a lot of late night gym goers in DFW but comparable gyms in other areas I’ve lived are typically 24/7, as well as the crunch in Waco is 24/7.
