I was visiting the area and found the best crossfit box ever!! Courtney and Travis are amazing coaches and I learned so much while working out here!! If you are in the Arlington area go to crossfit power method...to me it is the best crossfit gym I have been to!! Thank you coaches for an awesome experience!
Visited CrossFit Power Method for a workout and wow did I not only just get an excellent workout. I also received excellent coaching from start to finish from Courtney! What a great CrossFit facility in Arlington, Texas. I will highly recommend CrossFit Power Method to my friends and family!
I stopped in from out of town and did a workout. Meet two of the coaches and Courtney who ran the workout was excellent and took time to help me out. The whole group made it feel like my home CrossFit gym in Ohio. A loos and fun place that makes you feel comfortable.
