I posted a review of their old location when my PC was stuck in a boot loop and they fixed it rather expeditiously to which I was thankful for. This year my less than a year old computer I built(rare these types of shops work on custom built DIY builds so I'm glad this one does!). And it turns out what I thought was a PSU issue was a motherboard issue. I had the option to get a new board of the one I previously ordered. But I decided to audible and switch from Intel LGA1700 platform to AM5 and slap a new board and 7800x3d with my build. This shop bought the parts at cost and rebuilt my PC as part of the labor charge I paid upfront for them to diagnose the issue. Chase... read full review

I want to send a glowing review for Peter N. and Daniel S.!!!My computer could not have been in worse shape...except for dead...and Computer Care not only cleaned this up for me, but they uploaded a new computer for me as well. I will use Computer Care for all my company and personel needs. as well as recommending to everyone that asked me about computer issues. Thank you so much, and they will trouble shoot some things over the phone. They could not have made this more painless,

Chris did an outstanding job with my computer. In spite of the severe water damage that had fried the graphics card, motherboard and hard drive, he was able to recover my data for me. Highly recommended!
