Randy arrived per the agreed upon time frame and immediately diagnosed the problem. I called Benjamin Franklin because I assumed the problem would be beyond my patience level. Randy explained the "fix" and had no problem with me witnessing his work so I will have the capability to do this simple fix if I experience it again.
Nick was super kind and took the time to explain our options to repair a slab leak. He made sure to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond the service call. Definitely would use them again!
Jose came earlier than expected today, 8-29-24. He quickly assessed what it would cost to drain and service our water heater. We chose not to do that today. He then quickly assessed what it would cost to replace our hot and cold water valves under our kitchen sink and replace our kitchen faucet with one that I had previously purchased. We agreed to the price, and he worked quickly to get all that done. He did a great job! We highly recommend Jose!
