AutoNation Ford Arlington Service Center

I am a long term loyal customer. I currently have a 2022 F-150 with only 22,200 miles. The center digital trip display failed along with the control buttons on the steering wheel. I showed up for a 7:30 am appointment the next Monday 4/15 and was told it would be 5 days before they could induct and diagnose the vehicle and give me a repair schedule. Not exactly a Sewell customer excellence moment. Accordingly I rescheduled for the next Saturday 4/20 at 7:00am. This time the problem was handled smoothly and proficiently. For my first visit to the service department I found the environment to be clean with refreshments and good seating. The service person was professional and courteous got right on with my needs

Jamie is amazing. He took my car to get repairs done immediately and I was in and out of there in about an hour. My car had less than 1500 miles and they were able to find the problem and address it fast.
