Had a recall & Mr.Ford covered the fix on the engine and the rental during the time. The customer service was excellent, Mark Castillo was my handler and kept up with the communication
The reps and process of waiting on your car to get ready are fast and easy. If your car has to wait awhile they give you a ride home and pick you up for free. Love this place and the people.
The service advisor was knowledgable, courteous and kept me informed throughout my visit. The car was ready on time and was even washed when they returned it to me which was a pleasant surprise. Great job guys.
