I love this place! I’ve taken classes with both Sarah and Marissa and they are AMAZING!!! Whether you attend a class in the studio or at one of their many cool community events, it’s a great place to get your stretch on.

I came here several times for gentle yoga while a loved one was in Arlington Memorial Hospital just up the road. This small, unpretentious studio is welcoming and warm, with thoughtful instructors and focused, friendly practitioners.

I’ve only been to a few classes so far but really enjoyed it. It has a welcoming feel, I feel supported In my yoga practice to push myself without feeling shame for taking things slow, and overall just has a good vibe!
