    Donna, the Warranty Manager, was amazing! I submitted a request to have my garage sensors checked because my garage door would open with the remote but wouldn’t close. I explained that the sensors were green and amber and blinking. She promptly arranged for a team to come and inspect the issue.

    Not only did she handle my request efficiently, but she also patiently listened and provided guidance for additional concerns I was experiencing. She was friendly, attentive, and patient, never making me feel like the issues were my responsibility.

    We bought our Antares home in September of 2023, and since taking ownership, we have entered several warranty claims, and we have had a great experience with each one.

    The warranty website is easy to use and Rodney Hayes is a great communicator, very helpful, and ensures our tickets are taken care of as soon as possible. He follows up and makes sure everything is good before closing them out.

    I moved into a brand new Antares home last November (2023). As with most any new home purchase, I came across a few warranty related issues after moving in.When I noticed some water seeping through my shower glass, I uploaded a picture and description of the issue to the Antares home warranty portal and within a few hours I received a call from Rodney. A repair tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. When I noticed some defects on a few of my homes windows, Rodney had the issue addressed within a few days.
