The tech arrived in uniform and on time. He checked both units and reported that both units were working properly. He also replaced one of the filters and said that the other one was still clean. He was very professional and we will use Alden again in the future.

Probably the only ac company left that has integrity. They will actually fix things and give you honest advice, without the typical high pressure salesy hvac shenanigans. I would recommend them to anybody!

I have been Alden A/C customer for more than 40 years. They always do their best to provide efficient and professional service. They treat me as a member of their family.
