I was hesitant to go, my daughter had gone and was very satisfied with her back results. I finally went, was having bilateral knee pain Lt was worse couldn't go up stairs, stand without discomfort ,walk for long periods, or bend my knee. After my 1st session, I was able to walk and bend my Lt knee with very little discomfort, the home exercises help immensely, after 3 visits , I have very little to no discomfort.
