I came in feeling very down because the day before, another salon dyed my hair in a color that I never asked for, and my hair felt and looked horrible. I came to Gity Salon and asked for a consultation about how do I get my natural color back. I saw Gity and Alyssa, and they were so kind and full of understanding. They gave me so much support, suggested which haircut would look best on me, and told me what I needed to do in order to get my natural color back. The other two ladies there, Elaine and Feri, were so so supportive as well. I got a hair wash (by Alyssa) with a clarifying shampoo to get rid of unwanted tones of green and stuff in my hair and my hair color looked so much better after, other things I got were bob cut and blow dry by Alyssa, and I felt so nice and beautiful after. They literally saved me. My confidence was bigger than ever. I highly recommend this salon. I am very thankfull for their kindess, understanding, support and profesionalism.“

“Nancy and her staff are wonderful, but the wait time this pastcouple of weeks was horrible. On a Tuesday ( discount day) theyonly had 1 person working and she was doing her very best, but had to wait over an hour for a haircut. I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent workers who are trying their best, but would only give 1 star for management scheduling.“
