I used this cleaners recently and I usually don’t do reviews, but Jeanette provided me with such a great experience I had to review..She was so welcoming as soon as I entered and answered all my concerns.I will most definitely be returning and spending my money with this cleaners..Every job needs a Jeanette!
I gave this place 3-4 chances on pressing and whatnot, and as of right now I'm done. I picked up what I thought the other day was a bedskirt, it was a pair of pants that weren't even mine....and even the bedskirt wasn't even pressed to my satisfaction. So, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Not happy.
I use Horizon every to weeks or so for a all my dry cleaning needs. In the sixth months I've lived in Anna, I've dropped off shirts, slacks, suits, dresses, even my tux. Everything is always returned clean and with care. And they're reasonably priced, too! I just wish they were open on Sundays.
