Super happy with this business. I called with an issue on my MRCool unit. As soon as I described what is going on, he asked me a couple of questions. Told me it sounded like I need to clean my filters. He was right. Didn't charge me a penny even after I told him to send me a bill for the phone call. He could have come out and got me with a service charge, but didn't. Total respect.Service: A/C system repair
Shanes Installed a new air conditioner and ductwork for us. Throughout the job, he kept in touch and was always available when I called or texted. The crew was courteous. Robert made sure everything worked and the site was clean. Very happy with the price and work.
Just got back home from work after a hectic day, and guess what, my AC stopped working. With almost 100 degree temperature and high humidity, it was almost impossible for me to live without AC. I immediately called one of the local companies, they picked up the phone but inspite of my helpless requests, they clearly denied to show up. I was frustrated. Then one of my colleagues gave me Mr. Shane's contact number. He responded immediately. They reached my home quickly, and fixed the AC with utmost perfection.
