Panache Salon, Spa and Boutique is a lovely place to relax. The salon offers blowouts and gel nails, not acrylic. Karissa Burns is a talented nail artist who does a great job with nail designs and is informative about the products she uses. The boutique also sells Tyler candles and assorted products.
