We’ve used this service about 10yrs and other than being hard to reach by phone we had no complaints until these last couple of years. Ms. Montalvo is no longer there. She has left the business to her daughters and the customer service hasn’t been the same since. Not only were our taxes prepared with many mistakes this year but we weren’t even welcomed inside to sign the papers. Instead we were made to stand outside the door in the drizzling rain to sign. It is no longer a professionally handled service. We will be taking our taxes elsewhere next year and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

I used this tax service once before this tax season and my first time using this service my taxes were very simple and probably should've just done my taxes myself. If you have any outside investment, rentals, anything out of the ordinary you should not use this service. Dont waste your time or money. Not only was there a lack of knowledge, I had to stay on top of her, call/text. Even then after countless texts and calls it takes days maybe longer to get a response. Very unprofessional and I would highly discouraged anyone from using this tax service.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment with this place. Arrived 15 minutes early only to be told the appointment was cancelled due to potential illnesses at the time. I asked why noone bothered to contact me prior to my appointment date and time to notify me that they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment. The lady had no answer as to why and was rather rude. Do not waste your time with this tax preparation person. Find a reputable company to do business with. That will have the courtesy to contact you when appointments are not able to be kept instead of wasting your time.
