Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I can not say enough about our two techs from Snow Bear Heat & Air - Amarillo. We live in the middle of the desert region of West Central Texas and they drove from Amarillo to install a new Goodman 4 ton air conditioner, adding three new vents in the attic at 110 to 120 degree heat, and a Daikan Mini Split for my shop. Each of the two days they were here they worked their hind ends off in 107 degree heat with a heat index of 110 to 112 degrees and the smile never left their faces. The office too awhile to send someone but when they did the technical his name was josue and able lujan was very knowledgeable about the unit and did a wonderful job installing the ac unit and work was done with 4 hours I I highly recommend them for any service I am satisfied with their work

Daniel, responded to my emergency low Freon in my home A/C system with the best time I’ve ever had her in Central Florida specifically Orlando. Very professional and explained how things worked inside and out. Which can help me and the A/C system in the long run.
