Panhandle Foundation came out to our new construction home to look at some issues that cropped up. He was efficient with my time, honest and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend him!
We had a couple concerns regarding a couple of issues with the house settling. I had another company come out for assessment and was told that I would need a total of 5 piers, among other minor fixes. I called PF for for another opinion. PF provided a honest evaluation that differed substantially from from the first assessment. I even received some suggestions to prevent having to use any piers at this time. I want to thank Jarrod for his professionalism, courtesy and honesty. I would definitely recommend PF to anyone looking for foundation repair.
Called Panhandle Foundation Repair as we have several cracked tiles, cement, bricks and cracks coming off door frames. They called us back quickly, made appt, called today to verify appt and showed up right on time (we live outside of city limits so people often late). He measured all around the house (inside and out) and said it is within 1/2 inch over the whole house; nothing needed but cosmetic repairs which is common in the Texas Panhandle. Very pleased with every aspect of this appointment and he would not accept payment for evaluation/time.
