I had my air conditioner serviced by them last year and they sent David out. Another company couldn't figure out the wiring, but David got it fixed quickly and also went around and found minor errors he did his best to correct. All while explaining the system to me. At the end I was left with a reasonable bill for an hour of work he did.

Everyone at Palo Duro Air was so nice and had the beat customer service. Cory went above and beyond to help us and even gave us a loaner window unit to try and keep us cool while we waited.
