I got ahead of myself and gave a Allen's Carpet a not so good review. I said I called him and he said he would come by and check to see what the problem was and never showed up, however, he did come by but I was at a doctor's appointment. He came by today even though it was Sunday and is coming back to fix the problem. I want to apologize and am now giving him a 5 star. You can trust him to do a good job and keep his word. THANKS ALLEN'S CARPET CARE.
Allen is the sweetest person! He and Doug came to repair my carpet in multiple rooms from high traffic and cats clawing it. It was a big job! They were in and out quickly and my carpet looks and smells great! You can not even tell it was repaired. The price was amazing due to the discount he gave me and the carpet cleaning with scotch guard made my house smell so good. No more pet odor over here! I highly recommend him for any job you have for him!Services: Pet stain & odor removal
Excellent job stretching out a bubble that had appeared in the carpet. Can't tell it was ever there. Cleaned and applied scotchgard for a very reasonable price. Will use them again.
