A & R Heat & Air Tech ( Recco) was on time and listened to my problems with the Trane hvac. He was able to fix my problem and was very pleasant and respectful. Great job!!!

Our air conditioner froze up on Sayrday night. I called A and R on Sunday morning at 6:30. Janie was on call and answered the phone. She was kind and thorough in her questioning about our unit. Since it was frozen, we decided that it would be best to wait until it thawed for service. This morning I called and Joy scheduled us for the morning. Kyle came to our home and had our air conditioning running within an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service call was priced reasonably. We will definitely call upon A and R for all of our air conditions needs.

When the windstorm caused an electrical surge into our house, Nick did an outstanding job of getting our heater and air conditioner repaired. He was always calm and kind and explained everything patiently. We received excellent service and we are so very grateful that Nick came to our rescue. Could not ask for better service.
