Steven came out on a service call & got everything fixed and running with our A/C. He was so courteous and did such a great job ! Very thorough too. We called Stoffer’s at 7:15 this morning and Steven was here before noon time. We will definitely be calling Stoffer’s again whenever we need our A/C or heating serviced ! We highly recommend them !

He is very knowledgeable about the situation on the AC, he made sure I knew the steps to help me prevent the problem in the future, he made sure that I was comfortable with how the AC was working and running before he left.
