“I called them on a Friday evening less than an hour before closing time about the screen on my iPhone 11. It had a small crack for a while but the night before the screen turned to static. I spent the entire day at work on Friday with my phone calling all of my emergency contacts and with the screen so badly damaged I couldn’t even slide the power screen to turn it off.They told me they could fix it. With my long drive I got to the store 5 minutes before closing time and they fixed my phone within 10 minutes for under $100! I am SO grateful! Thank you for staying after closing time to fix my phone and for saving me hundreds of dollars that I would’ve spent on a new phone that night.
