Had a problem with my a/c. I was a hvac tech for about 15 years and I had a suspicion it was low on freon due to a leak in the evaporator coil only because that's typical around 8 to 10 years and my system is a little over 8. I called and leslie was very professional and a great listener. She sent John out and he was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. They found the part under warranty and were very reasonably priced fir labor. Also fast only 2 hours start to finish. After previous visit to diagnose problem. Now my a/c is blowing snowballs. Highly recommend this company. They are professional, trustworthy, and priced well.
It's not often a company comes in and impresses me, however Southern Air Mechanical, LLC did just that.
We all hate to have our A/C go out, need repairs or worse, replacement.
These guys made it painless from start to finish. No pressure or sales pitch and when I called on a Thursday to say we were ready to go they were able to be here Monday. Showed up on time, respectful, kind, clean and professional. Kelly Smith on the sales team was easy to work with and nothing you normally expect out of a sales person, just good honest conversation.

Had John out for my Summer Maintenance Checkup. He was very courteous and friendly, and respectful of Property. He really inspected everything and made sure all things were in working order and correct. He did find that the insulation around the fan had come loose and fixed that to make sure that it didn't come loose again. He also washed down the Outside unit to make sure it was clean and changed out my filter. I was very pleased with the Service and Highly Recommend !!! Good Communication with Company and Service Tech.
