It should be a 10! No one could come out but Mark. It was late Saturday night when I called and he responded right away and said he would be there in the morning which was Sunday. He came Sunday morning and found out the p-trap was vey clogged up and had lots of algae inside the pipe. Fixed it up right away and helped us and our 97 year old dad get cold air again. I would highly recommend Mark to fix my a/c again and made recommendation on what to do going forward. His prices are reasonable and fair. He is the one to call first if you have any problems. I have used AC1 Heat and Air, owned by Mark for many years now. Mark is very good at his trade. If you have ac or heating concerns don’t hesitate to call him. His prices are very reasonable, but his service is awesome. His turnaround of service and repairs are the best. Call when you have ac or heating repairs. You won’t be disappointed.
