I have been to 4Dentists in the cities of Mckinney & Plano since 2009 but this office topped them all!Gail was very cordial and professional in getting me registered for my appointment and also explained the insurance and cash charges after consultation.Keisha greeted me with a warm GM and let me know she would me with me shortly, & I had not completed my form on allergies so she helped me to get this finished.Dr. David Cho has great “bedside manners” as we would say back in my early years. I'm unsure of the experience others may have had here but, mine was exemplary. I have terrible dental anxiety and came in knowing that I would need some serious work done. The staff was extremely attentive, caring, patient and kind. Everyone I spoke with truly seemed to go above and beyond to address all of my questions and concerns from start to finish.Matthew Stephens was informative about my service and each step of treatment and I never felt as if anyone was trying to "upsell" unnecessary procedures or care. In addition, he showed great care in every moment of the treatment that we went through and I can only say I feel blessed to have been able to work with him.

I’m really grateful for the exemplary customer service I received from Kesha. I had called the office and spoken with multiple people and left 3 messages and still felt like my concern wasn’t being addressed. Calling a fourth time almost in tears, it was Kesha that answered the phone. She took the time to really listen to my problem. She assisted me as best she could and then explained the next steps I needed to take to resolve my issue. She told me she would call back after checking further into my situation, to my surprise she did. A different representative had told me the same thing but hadn’t followed through.
