Usually I go with the big brands but for some reason I decided to order local for this occasion. I'm a Chicago resident, but my co-worker in Allen lost her mom. When the plant I ordered wasn't available, I received a call from Annie. She gave me more options and she was very patient with my lack of plant knowledge. I didn't see the final result, but the recipient was pleased.
I sent my daughter flowers for her birthday and I asked for a fresh cut flower arrangement and I told them orange was her favorite color. She received a beautiful arrangement with an orange vase! She loves it! Very pleased!
I highly recommend this floral shop not only did they do a beautiful job on an arrangement that I ordered for a funeral they went above and beyond to figure out what happened when the funeral home put it in another room of someone with a similar name. They We’re very responsive had pictures of the delivery and the spray and stayed on top of it until they figured everything out! i would definitely order from them again!!
