From the moment when I walked in and was greeted by Alex, following pre appointment screening with Thistle, to seeing Dr. Tibiletti and checking out with Liz my experience was amazing! Dr. T was patient and answered all my questions, tried lenses until he found what worked for me and made sure I left able to see as best as possible. Liz took time helping me with options and helped me find a cute pair of glasses. I definitely recommend their practice and will be a loyal patient for upcoming years.

I'm so glad I picked TSO in Allen Tx to get new glasses. Everyone was very nice and professional. Alex,the lady who helped me pick out frames was awesome. She was very patient with me and super helpful at finding frames that looked and fit the best on me. I hate picking out new frames but she was so great at helping me and not rushing me. And she explained all my options for the lenses that would be the best for my needs. She made picking out new glasses a positive experience. If you need to get new glasses ask for Alex to help you. You can tell she enjoys helping people.

Lived in Texas over 65 years and TSO is where my parents bought my first glasses. I liked everything about my eye exam process, the availability of choices for new glasses, if needed and no high pressure sales pitch before you leave. I do plan to return and get Liz to help me choose new glasses!
