Sensory Reflexology

Sensory Reflexology has been a regular part of my self care for a few years now. The set up is customary to the culture “an open space” concept with an Eastern style approach to healing. Reflexology is unique to traditional western massage in that they locate pressure points throughout your body that enhances your overall well being and improve vitality. I have enjoyed every massage with my favorite being with Mr. Frank and often invite friends/family into this space as well. Thank you Sensory Reflexology!

I had a great 1 hour reflexology that I fell asleep in the middle of my session. I was probably snoring. There were only 3 people that was getting a massage in the place. The place was clean and the place was so quiet and relaxing. There are no privacy curtains and it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Having shoulder pain and swollen leg, was able to make appointment thru a phone call this morning. Master was right on the pressure and professional. It was pretty amazing because after the massage I felt like my headache went away and my body is lighter. Definitely will be back again. I also like that it was clean and quiet, it makes me feel comfortable and relax.
