“I am writing this review several years after having gone to Allen Physical Therapy for multiple shoulder surgeries. Have experienced the chain PTs companies prior to and after my visits to Allen Physical Therapy and when I got a prescription today for new therapy my immediate response was to seek out Allen Physical Therapy and Mike again. Personalized approach with consistency of a very knowledgeable/ experienced MPT always involved.“

“I called Dr. McVay's office to see if he had availability after getting the run around from other PT offices and being quoted a 6-12 month wait for my son to even get assessed. Dr. McVay was incredibly kind and concerned but said he didn't specialize in pediatric PT. However, he told me he would reach out to his network and call around to help me find someone else. I was so jaded from my previous experiences that I doubted he would actually call me back, but he did! About 15 minutes later, Dr. McVay called back to give me a number of another office that specialized in pediatric PT and actually had availability. I told Dr. McVay that I wished I could bring my son in to meet with him because he was so awesome, but I truly appreciate him helping me when he had absolutely nothing to gain from it. Their front office coordinator Aliya was very helpful and flexible with rescheduling my appointments when things came up.My hands are pain free thanks to this great team in Murphy! With all the exercises they taught me, I have been able to continue the routines at home. I would highly recommend them to anyone!“

“Everyone here is amazing with regard to their mannerisms. I was involved in a roll over car accident and I sustained injuries from head to toe. Shannon Darnell, whom I seriously refer to as Little Baby Jesus' Sister has healing hands. I was prescribed medication to relieve my headaches. I later received 2 shots in the back of my head in the Vegas nerve to also aid with some of the effects from the head injury. The day I met Shannon and she massaged my head was a game changer. She can touch and feel anywhere there's tension in your body she could tell me where my head hurt and she massaged my head, my neck and my trapezoids in a manner that was so effective when I stood up from her table, I knew I was going to have a better week. That massage came with a lesson, training,teaching and a wealth of information from this highly educated woman. If you have pain, trauma or any injuries please go to this facility they have cryo machines and everything imaginable to make you a better person than you were when you walked through their doors.“
