I was so hesitant to get my lashes done, but Maggie made me feel so comfortable and made my lashes look very natural. The experience was amazing and I will be getting them done again and again!
I've been going to Maggie for 3 years! She is fantastic! Always on time (never late once), always very sweet and polite, extremely professional- and most of all does the most amazing lashes! She is very flexible with booking appointments and her prices are very competitive. Her salon room is located inside Imagique Salon which is easy to get to, find, and very nice. I'll never use anyone else! It is very important to understand how lash extensions work. Your own lashes grown and shed (fall out) just like the hair on your head, in cycles. When you have extensions, as the lashes grow over a few weeks they need to be (professionally) removed and fresh ones placed lower to the base of the lash. As well, your lashes fall out naturally and are replaced with a new lash on a cycle. The extensions do NOT make your lashes fall out, it happens with or without them! Most people don't know or notice this, but when you have extensions it is simply much more obvious. For these reasons it is best to maintain the lashes every 2 to 3 weeks. It is ridiculous to blame Maggie when most of the lashes have fallen off after a full month or longer without a fill. (The glue is not meant to be permanent and last for months.) This is expected and part of it! Just like nails- you have to get a fill every 2 weeks or eventually the artificial nail will break off. Don't complain about Maggie's work when you are not willing to maintain the lashes!! It is up to the customer to come to consistent appointments and also take care of the lashes. Any type of oil make up remover will break down the glue and remove the lashes prematurely. It is important to keep them as dry as possible (in the shower wash your face last just before getting out and do not scrub the lashes). If you beat up the lashes- they won't last and that's not Maggie's fault. Mine last great b/c I know how to take care of them, bc she explained it to me and I follow everything she says. I'm am posting pictures of my lashes, and these are exactly a week out from my last fill. I could easily make it 3 weeks but I prefer to see Maggie every 2 weeks to keep my lashes perfect! I have no clumps of glue and they are exactly the way I like them. I choose a little a shorter and natural but full. I love my lashes. I haven't needed mascara in years, and even days without makeup I still feel presentable b/c the lashes make that big of a difference. Maggie is the best!!
I have been seeing Maggie for about 6 months and I am completely hooked on her lashes. She is so sweet. She is very professional and clean. I do not wear as much make up anymore and I used to always have problems with my eyes and mascara and no I have no issues. I love maggies work!
