About Life Time

I had a very positive experience with Courtney Goeas for my intro to personal trainer session. After getting my baseline inbody stats, she asked about my health goals and challenges. Courtney then devised a health plan to get me started in those directions that included exercises she would coach, and suggestions on nutrition and benefits of other Life Time classes. Courtney also had me do some preliminary workouts where she introduced me to some of the equipment and assessed my current fitness situation. The club is great. However the men's locker room is full of thieves. I was robbed of my cash from my wallet. The security in this place seems to be compromised. Do not bring your valuables with you at the gym here they will disappear
Life Time truly embodies its name on all the activities it offers. When you come here and take part of the classes (I strongly recommend the spinning classes and the barbell classes) you really feel the support and energy from the instructors. I’ve been coming for quite sometime and I can truly say that my health has improved considerably and it showed in the last physical I had with my Primary Care Physician- if you put the time and the effort, Life Time and their instructors will change your life.
