Where to begin? If you’re moving to Texas and need to buy a house sight unseen, Katrina is your person!We met Katrina through our AZ realtor’s referral. We had a dream of selling our suburban home and getting a place with some land, and holy cow did she deliver. From our first conversation, I felt like we were in good hands. She told me about helping another couple relocate from out of state, and took the time to explain some nuances of Texas home buying, like fogged windows possibly indicating foundation issues.
