Katie is my person for waxing! I’ve been a loyal customer for 2+ years now and she’s the best. I really appreciate her clean work because I don’t really get ingrown hair or bumps in between the sessions.

Katie was great and i can't wait to go back and see her. It was my first time getting a facial and she recommended what was best for my skin, and moved forward with microdermabrasion, a mask and other skin care. She also recommended a couple of things for at home care that my skin was lacking. I would give her ten stars if i could. She was so pleasant and fun to talk with too and that's a definite plus!

I came here to leave my review on how I have been using Katie for over a year now, including referring multiple other friends to her - especially the first timers. She has a very particular method that I've never found at any European Wax center nor the places in Frisco. Seriously, why pay more for the same results with less comfort? She also has a convenient little link called style seat were you can schedule the appointment yourself & reschedule as needed. It's very easy because you book it yourself online and secure payment online all in the same step. No misunderstanding and no miscommunication possible. The only thing I have ever found odd is that apparently lots of her customers like to cancel on Saturdays. She regularly reaches out to see if you'd like to come in earlier because, obviously, her time is her money. That's what's a bit confusing about the review below? This is not a need or something you're entitled to, this is a frivolous privilege we are lucky enough to enjoy. If you schedule your own appointments, there shouldn't be any issue. If a cancellation happens & you cannot make it sooner, you simply decline. I think we forget that any self owned business *is* personal. Throwing mud at a corporation who sees you as a number isn't the same as a woman's livelihood depending fully on herself. I have a hard time imagining her "yelling" seeing as how there are 2 masseuses next to her as well as a stylist in front of her. Again, more self employed women who aren't going to accept that behavior which would affect their own clientele! Lol. But what's an angry yelp comment without a little exaggeration, right? When you schedule a 15 minute visit, you really don't have any leeway to be late unless you want half your stuff waxed. So yeah. She's great. Her method & tableside manner are great. Prices are great. If your own time and flexibility is more valuable than hers, being a self-employed business owner, then you definitely should look to one of the larger, more expensive corporations for your grooming needs. As far as racism goes lol. A middle eastern woman married to a Latin immigrant, bringing her black & Italian customers. They would not be returning had they picked up any hint of this. Excuses are insane.
