Asked Faye to stop 3 times during lift/tint due to pain and swelling. She kept saying just. 5 minutes more. After an hour and was finally done. She realized I had contacts in and began YELLING at me. She said I should have known to take them out and that was the reason the process was hard. She said my lashes were too short as well.....never mentioned that in the consult. I told her as a professional she should have communicated all of this to me prior to starting the service. She continued to yell at me!! I told her I would be reporting to the state board and tools picture of her license.....which is expired. Will need to have lashes fixed!

I had microblading done with Farzaneh Heravi at Fay Xeperennial Studio and I am sharing my experience in hopes of helping others to avoid ending up with a poorly trained, classless, unprofessional, unethical, unqualified and rude technician.Her work didn’t last more than a few weeks, and faded into a solid pink/brownish shadowy eyebrow, and does not have any define hair strokes at all as it appears on her website.When I asked for a refund, she called yelling and arguing and wouldn’t let me speak, then she refused my refund request and hung up on me abruptly.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!My advice:Make sure to check and see licenses and certificates on your...read full review

About four years ago I had my eyebrows done and they were starting to fade out and more than that they were looking red or burgundy! I was very unhappy, of course it's on my face and I deal with a lot of customers, nevertheless I came in and Fay transform me! I almost feel like it was a miracle, she also did my lips I am very happy...I feel confident and happy now.. I can't wait to see the results in a month...
